What is ceramic coating?
Super water repellent & super slippery performance
Magiveil Ceramic RGC, possessing superhydrophobic properties and a water contact angle of 100° or more, forms dense and strong bonds, exhibiting the highest level of water repellency. Normally, improving water repellency reduces the ability of water droplets to slide off, but Magiveil Ceramic RGC offers unprecedented water repellency while also exhibiting superhydrophobic properties.
High hardness and flexibility
Magiveil Ceramic RGC achieves high hardness of 10H on glass test pieces and 6H on painted pieces, while also possessing flexibility. This allows it to withstand expansion in midsummer and the deflection of resin coatings, providing superior durability compared to conventional glass coatings. Even on resin parts, it reliably conforms to the shape, minimizing the risk of cracking or peeling. Magiveil Ceramic RGC delivers superior performance as an advanced coating that pursues both aesthetics and protection.

It boasts exceptional heat resistance, reaching over 1200°C, and remains effective even in the scorching heat of summer without degrading. Because it's not solvent-based, it can be applied to unpainted resin parts, preventing whitening while bringing out a natural gloss. There's no risk of damaging the paintwork like with solvent-based coatings.
Outstanding curing speed
Coating agents that boast hardness take a long time to harden, and during that time, the coating is more likely to be damaged by external factors. Magiveil Ceramic RGC adheres easily to the paint film and offers a level of stability that other coatings lack. While organic solvent-based coatings take about a month to fully harden, Magiveil Ceramic RGC achieves 80% to 90% or more hardening in the first 48 hours. It hardens completely in just 5 days, and the improved initial stability of the coating minimizes damage until full hardening. In terms of water repellency, it exhibits optimal water repellency the day after application.
